1. I am planning on putting on a showcase of different musical acts from the music elective, outside of school. This would include me organizing sound, equipment, program, artist representation, promotion of the event, and booking a venue.
2. This helps answer my EQ because I will learn first hand what it takes to put on a show. Though it may not be over a period of several weeks, I will learn what every tour manager is faced with before and after a concert is put on. I will be able to figure out what is the most important or most difficult part of the experience.
Approved, so long as you have a third party (Ogden, perhaps?) sign off on your hours in a clearly labeled spreadsheet. Include the date, times, signature column, and summary of what you did on this spreadsheet.
